Kozilabs designed, built, and launched SuperbMuscle.lt — a WooCommerce shop selling fitness training programs — and has looked after it ever since. When the site started buckling under its own traffic, we migrated it to a self-managed server and fixed the timeout issue at its root instead of patching around it, verifying every gain with repeat load testing instead of a single lucky run.

What we did
Four fixes, each verified before moving to the next
Migration
Moved the site to a self-managed server via direct database and file streaming — no intermediate dump files, minimal downtime.
Server tuning
Diagnosed real timeout errors under genuine traffic concurrency and tuned server worker limits to match, load-tested with a 60-concurrent-request burst.
Caching & assets
Replaced a dead caching plugin with a working setup, added proper browser cache headers, and bulk-converted the image library to modern formats — over 200 files, tens of megabytes saved.
Accessibility
Fixed blocked pinch-zoom, added proper ARIA labeling, and added real, verified alt text across the site's images.
Results

No more timeouts
Load-tested with 60 concurrent requests at 100% success — the failures that were hitting real visitors are gone.
Lighter pages, automatically
Optimized images are served automatically to browsers that support them, with no manual step per upload going forward.
Real caching
Pages and static assets are cached properly for the first time, cutting repeat load times.
More accessible
Pinch-zoom, screen-reader labeling, and image alt text brought up to a real standard, not a checkbox.
