When a project milestone or engagement ends, an invoice is generated and dispatched automatically — correct line items, payment terms, and branding. No drafting required.
Payments tracked without chasing
Outstanding invoices are monitored on a schedule. Overdue payments trigger reminders automatically. Paid invoices are reconciled the moment payment lands — the status is always current.
Expenses categorised as they arrive
Expenses enter the system from cards, receipts, and bank feeds. An AI layer reads each one, assigns the right category, and flags anything unusual for review. The bookkeeping writes itself.
